BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Lincoln Fullerton REIT Property LLC of 2350 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60614, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities located at premise address.
