AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONE

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago;

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 68, Section 020 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish Residential Permit Parking Zone 102 onto 2001 - 2049 West Wabansia Avenue, between North Damen Avenue and the western alley behind North Milwaukee Ave for All Days, with restrictions beginning from 6:00 p.m. and ending at to 10:00 a.m. Buffer Residential Permit Parking Zone 102 shall be established for all residential addresses between 2051 - 2099 West Wabansia Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
