BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for LINCOLN BELMONT RETAIL INVESTORS, LLC on 06/17/2015, and printed upon page 1489 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "LINCOLN BELMONT RETAIL INVESTORS, LLC" and inserting in their place the words "131 Broadway Escondido II, LLC"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a door swing(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
