ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing all the M1-1 Limited Manufacturing/ Business Park
District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-N in the area bounded by
beginning along North Northwest Highway; a line from a point 383 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue and the southerly right-of-way line of North Northwest Highway; to a point 158.61 feet southwest of North Northwest Highway and 364.31 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue; a line from a point 158.61 feet southwest of North Northwest Highway and 364.31 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue; to a point 154.78 feet southwest of Northwest Highway and 300 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue (as measured along the northerly right-of-way of the Chicago North Western Railroad); a line from a point 154.78 feet southwest of North Northwest Highway and 300 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue to a point 172.53 feet southwest of North Northwest Highway and 297.91 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue; a line from a point 172.53 feet southwest of North Northwest Highway and 297.91 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue; to a point 600 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue and 182.23 feet southwest of and perpendicular to North Northwest Highway; a line from a point 600 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue and 182.23 feet southwest of and perpendicular to North Northwest Highway; to a point 618 feet northwest of North Sayre Avenue (as measured at the southerly right-of-way line of North Northwest Highway) and southerly right-of-way line of Northwest Highway (TOB),

to those of a Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District and a corresponding

uses district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
