Journal Correction for February 22, 2017 City Council Meeting
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, On February 22, 2017, the City Council passed a substitute ordinance (the "Ordinance") amending the Year 2017 Annual Appropriation Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Said Ordinance was published in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago (the "Journal") of February 22, 2017 and printed on pages 43445 through 43448; and
WHEREAS, The roll call vote printed in the Journal for passage of said Ordinance was incorrect; and
WHEREAS, To correct this error it is necessary to delete the roll call vote printed and to insert in lieu thereof the correct roll call vote; now, therefore,
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. That the Ordinance amending the Year 2017 Annual Appropriation Ordinance (SO2017-171) passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago on February 22, 2017 and printed on pages 43445 through 43448 of the Journal is hereby corrected by deleting the roll call vote appearing on the second through seventh printed line from the bottom of page 43445 and inserting in lieu thereof the following vote:
Yeas — Aldermen Moreno, Hopkins, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Beale, Thompson, Quinn, Burke, Lopez, Foulkes, Curtis, O'Shea, Cochran, Brookins, Scott, Solis, Maldonado, Ervin, Taliaferro, Reboyras, Santiago, Mell, Austin, Ramirez-Rosa, Villegas, Mitts, Sposato, Laurino, Napolitano, Reilly, Smith, Cappleman, Osterman, J. Moore - 35.
Nays - Aldermen Dowell, King, Hairston, Sadlowski Garza, Cardenas, D. Moore, Munoz, Zalewski, Waguespack, Arena - 10.
