BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on July 30, 2014, prohibiting parking in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 85735 ofthe Journal of Proceedings]:
"West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 315 feet east of North
Racine Avenue to a point 25 feet east thereof-no parking loading zone — distance of 25 feet --5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. -- Monday through Friday; 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM -- Saturday and 11:00 AM. To 6:00 P.M. - Sunday
(NO PARKING)."
and inserting in lieu thereof
"West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 315 feet east of North
Racine Avenue to a point 25 feet east thereof ~ no parking loading zone — distance of 25 feet — 6:30 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. -- Monday through Friday; 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM -- Saturday and Sunday
TOW ZONE - All other times (NO PARKING)."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and
publication.
