BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the removal of the existing residential parking restrictions on: the west side of the 3700 block of North Kilbourn Avenue (between Milwaukee and to a point 200 feet south of Milwaukee);
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
