BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as Landlord, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a Lease with The Exodus Drum & Bugle Corps, as Tenant, for use of the property located at 816 North Laramie Avenue as a community center; such Lease to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

THIS LEASE (the "Lease") is made and entered into this day of
, 2017 (the "Commencement Date") by and between, the CITY OF
CHICAGO, an Illinois municipal corporation and home rule unit of government, acting by and through its Department of Fleet and Facility Management, and having its principal offices at 121 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60602, (herein referred to as "City" or "Landlord"), and THE EXODUS DRUM & BUGLE CORPS, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, having its principal office at 3350 West Jackson Street, Chicago, IL 60624 (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Landlord is the owner of the real property located at 816 North Laramie Avenue (PIN # 16-04-331-030-0000), Chicago, Illinois, 60651, consisting of a 6,286.5 square foot lot improved with a 4,800 square foot two-story building that formerly served as a City of Chicago fire station ( the "Premises"); and
