ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS-1 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and M1-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District Symbols as shown on Map No. 4-I in the area bounded by:

a line 457 feet north of and parallel to West 21 Street; South Fairfield Avenue; a line 265 feet north of and parallel to West 21^st Street; and the public alley next west of and parallel to South Fairfield Avenue

to those of a RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
