ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-3.5 Residential Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit Districts Symbols as shown on Map No. 24-H in the area bounded by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West 99 Street; a line 141 feet east of and parallel to South Wood Street; West 99^th Street; and a line 100 feet east of and parallel to South Wood Street

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
