ORDINANCE

Be It Ordained By The City Council Of The City Of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-5 Community Shopping District and RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-G in the area bounded by

A line 100.04 feet north of and parallel to West Lawrence Avenue; a line 162.60 feet east of and parallel to North Sheridan Road; the east-west public alley north of and parallel to West Lawrence Avenue; the north-south public alley east of and parallel to North Sheridan Road; West Lawrence Avenue; North Sheridan Road.
