ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give Consideration to the establishment of Residential Permit Parking zone on the West 97^th Street (north side) from South Perry to the first alley west thereof Residential Permit Parking, Zone 25 All times and days.
