TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:


WARD TOW ZONES:

19 9300-9399 South Winchester Avenue; 9300-9399 South Winchester Avenue (east and
west side); No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 8:30am, Monday through Friday [02017-6320]

25 South Princeton Avenue; South Princeton Avenue (east side) from a point 100 feet
south of West Cermak Road to a point 100 feet north of West Alexander Street; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday - (17-05091957) [02017-6791]

46 4300 North Broadway; 4300 North Broadway (west side) from North Sheridan Road to
a point 105 feet southeast thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days — (17-04756255) [02017-4425]
50 6321-6327 North California Avenue; 6321-6327 North California Avenue (east side)
from a point 27 feet north of West Rosemont Avenue to a point 80 feet north thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, 8:00am to 4:30pm, Sunday through Friday -- (16-05083447) [02017-4438]



SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
