BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Miscellaneous Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

1,2                     1210 North Milwaukee Avenue; Amend Ordinance which reads: 1210 North Milwaukee

Avenue; Taxicab Stand Signage and associated signage, by Striking the above [02017-6833]

1,2                     1218 North Milwaukee Avenue; Amend Ordinance which reads: 1218 North Milwaukee

Avenue; Food Stand and Associated Signage, by Striking the above [02017-6831]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Miscellaneous Signage on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
