BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

19                     9907-9931 South Walden Parkway; Repeal Ordinance which reads: 9907-9931 South

Walden Parkway (east side) from a point 20 feet south of West 99th Street to a point 180 feet south thereof; 1 Hour Parking, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday, by Striking the above [02017-6316]

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Restriction Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
