TWO HOUR PARKING

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

l

19                     South Walden Parkway; South Walden Parkway (east side) from a point 30 feet south

of West 99th Street to a point 170 feet thereof; 2 Hour Parking, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday [02017-6314]

45                     3700-3799 North Kilbourn Avenue; 3700-3799 North Kilbourn Avenue (west side)

between North Milwaukee Avenue to a point 200 feet south from North Milwaukee Avenue; 2 Hour Parking, 6:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday [02017-6353]

 

 

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
