ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (36.35), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 1, 2016 at page 35384, with the following underscored text:

4-60-023 (36.35)      On Central Avenue, from Roscoe Street to Addison Street.
