ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on March 14, 1973, page 5234 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, and amended on October 15, 1987, page 5226 of the Journal of Proceedings which reads, Taxicab Stand No. 469, On North Wabash Avenue, along the west curb from a point 20 feet south of the north lot line of the premises known as 330 North Wabash Avenue extending from a point 58 feet south thereof, 3 vehicles, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the following:

Taxicab Stand No. 469, On North Wabash Avenue, along the west curb from a point 20 feet south of the north lot line of the premises known as 330 North Wabash Avenue extending from a point 58 feet south thereof, 3 vehicles and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Taxicab Stand No. 469, On North Wabash Avenue, along the west curb from a point 20 feet south of the north lot line of the premises known as 330 North Wabash Avenue extending from a point 58 feet south thereof, 4 vehicles

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
