SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 20-D in an area bound by


South Dobson Avenue, a line 223.4 feet North of and parallel to West 81st Street, the public alley next East of and parallel to South Dobson Avenue, a line 189.29 feet North of and parallel to West 81st Street, South Dobson Avenue
