ORDINANCE
ELM STREET PLAZA VENTURE Acct. No. 7756 - 2 Permit No. 1129413

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ELM STREET PLAZA VENTURE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use seven (7) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 1130 N. Dearborn St
Said Planter(s) at N. Dearborn Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty (20) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one hundred sixty (160) square feet. One (1) at twenty-seven (27) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of two hundred sixteen (216) square feet.
One (1) at eighteen point five eight (18.58) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-eight point six four (148.64) square feet.
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of eighty (80) square feet. Said Planter(s) at N. Elm Street measure(s):
Three (3) at eighteen (18) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of four hundred thirty-two (432) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
