That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 5200 block of South Troy Avenue      on both sides of the street , from West 52^nd Street to West 53^rd Street . Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
