Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

Section 1: Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Amerimex Mufflers and Brakes, from the Municipal Code provision requiring physical barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley access to parking facilities for the premises referenced herein.
