RESERVED PARKING (2% DISABLED)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLANEOUS:
12 3528 South Hermitage Avenue; South Hermitage Avenue (west side) from a point 209
feet north of West 36th Street to a point 40 feet north thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), Public Benefit [02017-7361]
12 3615 South Hoyne Avenue; 3615 South Hoyne Avenue (east side) from a point 30 feet
south of West 36th Street to a point 10 feet south thereof, Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), Public Benefit [O2017-7362]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
