TWO HOUR PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLANEOUS:
10 East 97th Street; Amend Ordinance which reads: East 97th Street from South
Commercial Avenue (south side) east to alley; Two Hour Parking, by Striking: Two Hour Parking and Inserting: Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm in lieu thereof [02017-7650]
10 East 97th Street; Amend Ordinance which reads: East 97th Street from the alley west
of South Commercial Avenue to South Commercial Avenue (south side); Two Hour Parking, by Striking: Two Hour Parking and Inserting: Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm in lieu thereof [02017-7651]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
