BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend No Peddling Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLANEOUS:
27 North Sedgwick Street; North Sedgwick Street from West North Avenue to West
Division Street; No Peddling Sign [02017-7476]
27 West Blackhawk Street; West Blackhawk Street from North Sedgwick Street to North
Hudson Avenue; No Peddling Sign [02017-7478]
27 North Hudson Avenue; North Hudson Avenue from West North Avenue to West
Division Street; No Peddling Sign [02017-7481]
27 West Evergreen Avenue; West Evergreen Avenue from North Sedgwick Street to
North Hudson Avenue; No Peddling Sign [02017-7487]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Peddling Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
