ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the     5200 block of South Troy Street (from 5200-5299).   between West 52^nd Street and West 53 ^rd Street, on both sides of the street. Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
