BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for KHATTAK PROPERTIES LLC on 09/10/2014, and printed upon page 88181 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "KHATTAK PROPERTIES LLC" and inserting in their place the words "HECATE ENERGY RANDOLPH LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
