BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MARGOT SERSEN on 10/11/2017, and printed upon page 20176479 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1129363 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) per annum in advance."
and inserting in their place the words
"The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1129363 herein granted the sum of zero dollars ($0.00) per annum in advance."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
