Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to The University of Chicago, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fourteen (14) Irrigation System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 5757 S. University Ave
Said Irrigation System(s) at S. University measure(s):
Two (2) at twelve point five (12.5) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of two (2) square feet.
Two (2) at seventy-two point five (72.5) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of eleven point six (11.6) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at S. Woodlawn measure(s):
Two (2) at ninety-six (96) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of fifteen point three six (15.36) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at E. 58th Street measure(s):
One (1) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of one point one two (1.12) square feet.
One (1) at nine point five (9.5) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of point seven six (.76) square feet.
One (1) at sixty-four (64) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of five point one two (5.12) square feet.
