RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Vincent Walzien to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Vincent Walzien beloved husband of the late Jane (nee Roth). Loving father of Margaret Secor, William Walzien, Elyse Thornton, Janice Walzien, and Adrianne (Michael) Rosner.  Dearest grandfather of fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Vincent Walzien leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this eleventh day of November, 2017, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Vincent Walzien and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
