BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the DX-16 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-F in the area bounded by:

West Adams Street: South State Street; a line 165.87 feet south of West Adams Street; a line 144.36 feet west of South State Street; a line from a point along the aforementioned line 65.43 feet north of a line 165.87 feet south of West Adams Street running northeast for a distance of 14.13 feet to a point on a line 90.44 feet south of West Adams Street and 34.14 feet west of a line 100.34 feet west of South State Street; a line 90.44 feet south of West Adams Street; and a line 100.34 feet west of South State Street

to those of a Residential Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area described above.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
