SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE A-8334

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on May No. 5-H in the area bounded by

West Webster Avenue; a line 48 feet west of and parallel to the public alley next west of and parallel to North Hoyne Avenue; West Shakespeare Avenue; and a line 72 feet west of and parallel to the public alley next west of and parallel to North Hoyne Avenue,

to those of an RS-3 Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
