AMEND TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
North Humboldt Boulevard: Amend Ordinance Passed 11/1/2016, journal page 35412, which reads: North Humboldt Boulevard (east side) from West Armitage Avenue to West Palmer Street; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00pm to 11:00pm, Tuesday and Friday, 8:00pm to 4:00pm, Sunday, by Striking the above
And inserting in lieu thereof,
North Humboldt Boulevard: North Humboldt Boulevard (east side) from West Armitage Avenue to West Palmer Street; No Parking Except, 7:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, Sunday
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
