ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to REPEAL the Order (Or2017-30) passed 3-29-2017, journal page 44828 for the installation of Residential Permit Parking (zone 2000) on the 3900 block of West 70^th Street on the south side of the street from 3901 to 3945 and on the North side of the street from 3900 - 3944; including the wrap-around on South Springfield Avenue, west side of the street, from Springfield north to the first alley and from Springfield south to the first alley, all days, all times.
