BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Northfield Group, LTD of 3018-24 W Armitage from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.

 

SECTION 2. This ordmance shall take"elfect'and*be in force upon its passage and publication.

Dear Chairman Beale:

 

I am respectfully requesting a Commissioner'-S-Authority letter.exempting Northfield_Group,_L.TD from being required to place barriers at 3018-24 W Armitage as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address. An ordinance to this effect will be introduced to the City Council at the next meeting.
