I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Brasa Roja Corp. located at 2214 North Cicero Avenue. I have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the next City Council meeting scheduled for December 13,2017, exempting of Brasa Roja Corp., from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Jeannette Gacharna of Brasa Roja Corp. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 2214 North Cicero Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.
