BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mohamed Alnemer of Manny Auto Inc. (dba Drive Today from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 2026-2040 N Cicero Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Manny Auto Inc. (dba Drive Today) located at 2026-2040 N Cicero Avenue. I have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the next City Council meeting scheduled for December 13, 2017, exempting of Manny Auto Inc. (dba Drive Today), from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
