SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed May 26, 2004 C.J.P. 24921

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 5/26/04 C.J.P. 24921 which reads, West Barry Avenue (south side) 235 feet east of North Broadway to a point 25 feet east therof—15 Minute standing zone— unattended vehicles must have flashing lights - tow-away zone after 15 minutes 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

By Striking 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

AND Inserting in lieu thereof: 7:00 A.M. to MIDNIGHT
