BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the removal of the existing one-hour parking restrictions on: the west side of the 5300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. through 10 p.m.;

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
