ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the M1-1 Limited Manufacturing / Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-M in the area bounded by:

a line 375 feet north of and parallel to West 60^th Street; South Central Avenue; a line 350 feet north of and parallel to West 60^th Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Central Avenue

to those of an RS2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
