Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety AMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed February 7, 1996 C.J.P. 15692

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 2/7/96 C.J.P. 15692 which reads, West Wellington Avenue (south side) from a point 105 feet, west of North Mildred Avenue, to a point 15 feet west thereof—handicapped loading zone (public benefit)

By Striking Handicapped Loading Zone

AND inserting in lieu thereof: No Parking Tow Zone except with Flashing Lights for 15 Minutes, Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
