ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves agreements, shown on the list attached hereto, between the City of Chicago and various individual unions that are members of the Trades Coalition, such agreements to be substantially in the form attached hereto.

The Mayor is authorized to execute these agreements.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon its passage and approval.
