BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend No Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

83rd Street to East 82nd Street; No Parking of Trucks - (17-06145699) [02017-6308]
40 5333-5959 North Western Avenue; North Western Avenue (east side) from a point 410
feet North of West Berwyn Avenue to West Peterson Avenue; No Parking of Trucks, All Times, All Days -- (17-07156031) [02017-7562]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
