ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by designating with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment ofthe North Lincoln Avenue right-of-way on Map No. 5-F in the area bounded by }

the centerline of West Belden Avenue on the north and the centerline of West Webster Avenue on the south,

 

as a Pedestrian Retail Street.

 

SECTION 2. That section 17-3-503-D ofthe Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by inserting the underscored language as follows:

 

17-3-0503-D'[Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets.]
