BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 200 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend a Parking Meter area, as follows:

 

 

WARD                     PARKING METERS:

 

25, 27                     West Madison Street; West Madison Street (north and south sides) from North/South

Ashland Avenue to North/South Racine Avenue; Install Parking Meters [02017-7384]

31                     North Cicero Avenue; North Cicero Avenue (west side) between West School Street

and West Belmont Avenue; Install Parking Meters And Also West Diversey Avenue; West Diversey Avenue (north side) between North Lamon Street and North Laverne Avenue; Remove Parking Meters [02017-8380]

 

42                     East Ontario Street; East Ontario Street (north curb) from North McClurg Court to

North Fairbanks Court, 528 feet; Remove Parking Meter and Install No Parking Tow Zone, Public Benefit [02017-4922]

42                     West Lake Street (north side) between North LaSalle Street and North Franklin Street,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
