SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-3 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District and B3-5 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-G in the area bounded by

 

 

West Gladys Avenue; a line 128 feet west of South Racine Avenue as measured along the south line of West Gladys Avenue and perpendicular thereto; a line 109.22 feet south of and parallel to West Gladys Avenue; South Racine Avenue; West Van Buren Street; and a line 222.71 feet west of South Racine Avenue, as measured along the north line of West Van Buren Street and perpendicular thereto,

 

 

to those of a DS-5 Downtown Service District.
