ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Chapter 2-16 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding a new Section 2-16-030, as follows:

2-16-030 Quarterly report.

The Executive Director shall make a quarterly report to the City Council Committee on Health and Environmental Protection on the operations of the Department. Such report shall be presented in person at a meeting scheduled by the Committee.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon itsgassaqe and publication.
