BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restrictions at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

 

23                     West 63rd Place; West 63rd Place (south side) from a point 140 feet east of South

Sayre Avenue to a point 40 feet east thereof; Two Hour Parking, 7:00am to 9:00pm, All Days, Public Benefit [02018-226]

 

SECTION 2. and publication.

 

 

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Two Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
