ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a License Agreement, and such other supporting documents as may be necessary or appropriate to carry out and comply with the provisions of the License Agreement with PJ Wells, Inc. dba O'Brien's Riverwalk Cafe, which grants a non-exclusive privilege to the Licensee to operate a Concession on the Chicago Riverwalk from a License Space located at 45 East Riverwalk such Agreement to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

SECTION 2:     This Ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of its passage and approval.
