ORDER

The Commissioner of the Department of Public Health, pursuant to City of Chicago Recycling Facility Permits Rule 8(2), granted General Iron Industries, Inc., 1909 North Clifton Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60614, a written waiver of the requirement that the recycling facility cannot receive, process, transport, or otherwise handle recyclable materials between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. The Commissioner is hereby ordered to revoke the waiver as authorized by Rule 8(3), effective December 31, 2018.
